12 years experience as graphic designer working on branding, layouts for printing and for web, mainly focused on UX/UI design.
Interested in the psychology of communication, in the connection between design and neuroscience, in understanding how a user perceives a design, their mental process in front of it (what they will look at first, what they will get from it, how long will it take them, etc..). My main purpose is to communicate with users through design, making content accessible and pleasurable to assimilate.

Graphic Design
WHAT I DO:
Branding
From a simple logo design to the development of an entire brand identity. I’m mostly experience in premium brands, with a clean and modern feeling, but I don’t mind try new styles being colourful and sketchy at times.
Web and App Design
User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are my focus. What is going on in the user mind when using an app or website? What do they look at first? How do they use it? When designing for web these are the question I aim to answer, framing them in nice and clean interactive mock-ups.
Front-End Development
I’m firstly a designer and then a developer (despite i’d like to be equally proficient in both fields). I can code in HTML/CSS, edit React files and I can handle PHP and JavaScript enough to work on a CMS website. When it comes to databases and more complex back-end systems I cooperate with back-end developers.
Editorial Design
Newspapers, magazines, brochure, books, basically whatever you can do with InDesign. Despite I’m trying to push my work to be more digital I can’t resist the charm of producing a typographically spotless artwork.
Infographics & Presentations
Information is beautiful. I love stats, I like to communicate a message in the most clear way possible and infographics are definitely the best tool to do that. Same can be said for presentations, they are aimed to talk loud, but without a good design a proper balance of image and text the message often fails to reach the audience, my aim is to avoid that.
Marketing Collaterals
I’ve worked in marketing for a few years. Flyers, posters, banners, billboard, signage, branded cars, t-shirts, newsletters, social media banners, etc. Printed or digital, I can design any sort of collateral.

Adriano’s desire to continually improve himself through formal and informal training is fundamental to how he works and how he has developed a wide range of skills – from branding and graphic design to front end development. He is extremely versatile, hard working and has good attention to detail – making him particularly good at handling projects and teams that have resource challenges. Meanwhile he is also pretty fun to work with, which of course enhances the creative process and allows him to quickly build productive relationships with others.
I have had the pleasure of seeing the results of Adriano’s hard work through his participation in the re-design of the Nido Collection’s brand profile and web site as well as his involvement in the re-design of the Round Hill Capital web site. I was thoroughly impressed by the results for both projects and always enjoyed interacting with Adriano. He has a positive can do attitude and I would love to work with him again.
I’ve worked with Adriano for over 2 years now, he’s a fantastic Graphic Designer and has an incredibly wide range of graphic and web development skills which set him apart from other designers. We’ve worked together throughout the entire Nido Collection rebrand, for which he created the visual identity, and continuously improved and maintained all the creative. He’s very good at tightly preserving consistency throughout all his creative, following the brand guidelines he produced. Aside from that he’s worked on many other projects within the company; responsive website designs, web development in WordPress and Keystone, HTML e-mails, numerous print projects, brand identities, photography, logo’s, video, floor plans and much more. His hunger for information and self-education is admired by everyone, he will continuously improve and extend his skills and knowledge. I have known Adriano for severals years now and I always go back to him when I need some creative graphics. He has good ideas, refreshing design and he can easily understand and put into practice the ideas of the client. Adriano is a person who likes to socialise with people very much and I believe this is also one of the key attributes which Graphic Designer should have – ability to listen to the people to be able to meet their thoughts and needs and make something intangible tangible. I was always amazed how Adriano can concentrate his focus to drawing only and not get destructed, which makes him highly professional and focused person.
Adriano is excellent in what he does. He was brilliant with the tasks that were assigned to him and delivered on time with amazing quality. I have had the chance to work with Adriano on one of my company’s projects and I can say that all of us found working with Adriano extremely pleasant. Adriano is personable and efficient in meeting deadlines. Adriano did not ask much yet produced an excellent logo and website design giving us a variety of options to choose from. Adriano’s way of working might seem relaxed but this only illustrates that he is able to remain cool under pressure and is good at adapting to various work environments and this is a great quality to have!
